Born in Douplay, Nimba County, Liberia, Genevieve Queyeah Davis was raised with values that continue to define her character today—respect, humility, hard work, and compassion for others. Her late parents, Alice Gaye and Beah David, played a lasting role in shaping her life and instilling in her the importance of staying grounded, appreciating every blessing, and always looking for ways to help others.

Growing up in Nimba County, she experienced firsthand the strength of community, the beauty of culture, and the value of humanity. Though life was not always easy, those early experiences helped build her resilience and gave her a deep understanding of the struggles many people face. They also inspired her desire to become a source of encouragement, leadership, and support to others.

A Heart for Service

Genevieve proudly served with the Liberia Drug Enforcement Agency (LDEA) as the General Commander of the Red Light Satellite Station in Paynesville. In this important role, she had the opportunity to protect lives, serve her community, and contribute to maintaining safety and order. Her service in law enforcement demonstrates courage, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Through her work, she developed leadership skills, emotional strength, and a deep commitment to standing for what is right. She understands that true leadership is not only about authority, but also about service, sacrifice, and the willingness to make a positive difference in people’s lives.

Education and Growth

Genevieve is currently a super junior student at the University of Liberia, where she is studying Public Administration with a minor in Accounting. She sees education as one of the most important tools for personal growth and social impact. Her academic journey reflects her determination to build the knowledge, discipline, and professional capacity needed to contribute meaningfully to society.

By combining the study of governance and administration with financial knowledge, she is preparing herself for broader leadership and greater effectiveness in service. She remains committed to learning, improving, and positioning herself to make lasting contributions in both public and community life.
