Gorpulay Foundation donation to twenty schools in Tweh River District

The Gorpulay Foundation donated school books, rice, and drinking water to nine schools in Tweh River District, Nimba County, Liberia, during the 2025 district school soccer league.

The outreach formed part of the Foundation’s continuing efforts to support education and community well-being in underserved areas. The donation benefited students and school communities gathered for the district-wide sporting event.

According to the Foundation, the initiative aimed to strengthen student participation, encourage learning, and provide practical support to schools during an important community activity.

Education and Community Support

The distribution included school books to assist students in their academic work, as well as rice and water to support participants and attendees during the soccer league activities. The event brought together schools across the district and served as a platform for both sportsmanship and community engagement.

By reaching nine schools, the Gorpulay Foundation reaffirmed its mission to promote opportunity, dignity, and hope through direct support to children and local communities.
