Mrs. Doris Tomah Segrain was born in Gbei Bleetuo, Nimba County, Liberia, to Mr. Mongure Arthur Tomah and Mrs. Lehpea Wotoe Tomah. She was raised in her hometown, where she developed a strong foundation rooted in family values, resilience, and a deep sense of community.
She is married to Mr. Emmanuel Segrain, and together they are proud parents of four children. Doris is deeply committed to her role as a wife and mother, placing great importance on nurturing her family and supporting their growth, well-being, and future.
In 1998, Mrs. Segrain relocated to the United States of America in pursuit of new opportunities. She has since established her life in Worcester, Massachusetts, where she continues to live with her family. Her journey reflects dedication, perseverance, and a strong connection to both her Liberian heritage and her future aspirations.
